A new look and feel

I decided that this site, though it was very functional and simple, was quite inelegant and in need of updating. All the same content, organized exactly the same way you're used to seeing. But now it's quite simple for me to add news to the front page, or add more downloadable content.

Note that there is also now a button in the upper right hand corner of your browser window. It says Submit Art or Articles and is the official manner in which all submissions should now be sent. Please follow the simple guidelines on that input form, and hopefully this will streamline things a bit. Of course, you can always just email submissions to submissions@starfrontiersman.com -- that's all the web form does.

I don't plan on making this site require user membership. All functionality of the site that is required will be available to unlogged-in users. However, I'm developing a staff of editors to help with the webzine, and a process by which workflow will be followed. This site has special features for logged-in editors to help us all produce the webzine. I'm hoping this makes smaller jobs for more folks, sharing the burden a little and using a common workplace to ensure rapid releases of the webzine.

Also note at the bottom of this page, you'll fine an RSS feed icon()... click that to subscribe and keep yourself informed of new postings on this site! And don't forget to show your love by leaving me a guestbook entry!! :-)
